Wastewater System Master Plan

A professional services agreement with DOWL for the 2022 Wastewater System Master Plan is an item the Sheridan City Council and Mayor Rich Bridger will be considering at an upcoming business meeting. City Utilities Director Dan Roberts, at a Council study session Monday night, said the City’s current wastewater system master plan is from 2008 and there is roughly 20-years of treatment capacity remaining in the wastewater treatment plant.
Roberts explained the funding breakdown for entering into an agreement with DOWL for the master plan.
Roberts said the $271,000 needed for the master plan would come from unspent funds from a couple of wastewater plant projects that are in the budget for the current fiscal year. The Council is expected to consider the professional services agreement with DOWL at an upcoming meeting.
