Ron RichterVolunteers are an integral component of nonprofit agencies. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details of how one local nonprofit benefits from volunteers.
Since July of 2018, 200 volunteers have put in over 1,500 hours of time for the Sheridan Community Land Trust. Land Trust Director of Marketing and Development Chris Vrba says that most of those volunteer hours have been spent working on various trails throughout Sheridan County.
Vrba said that if anyone is interested in learning more about their trail ambassador program or volunteering in any capacity, they can email trails@sclt.org.
