Pokes v Aggies Football Canceled by the MWC / Pokes Basketball set to Open Next Weekend / Hawks Junior Hockey at Home This Weekend

JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks host two more games this they are scheduled for Friday and Saturday at 7:30 as they host Helena, Montana.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys home game tonight against Utah state has been canceled and will not be made up the Aggies are having COVID-19 19 issues so the Mountain West Conference called the game off and officially listed it as a “No Contest”.

The Cowboys now wait to see if they will play their next scheduled game at UNLV on the 27th, the issue with that game is that the Rebels were hit with COVID this week and had their game with CSU canceled.

COWBOY BASKETBALL – The Wyoming basketball Cowboys are hoping to open their season on the 28th with a game with Mississippi Valley state, first year Head coach Jeff Linder says they finally got back on the court in prep for the opener.

And he says with COVID-19 they are doing the best they can to make sure than can keep people healthy.

And he talked about the Mountain West schedule and he says again they are hoping for the best.
