BRONC FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Broncs knocked the Rock Springs Tigers out of the playoffs with a 35-6 Quarterfinal victory and now advance to play in the semifinals Friday at Cheyenne East.
Head coach Jeff Mowry says it was a very workman like performance by the Broncs.
And he says the defense did a nice job to keep the Tigers in check.
Now it’s on to the semifinals and they like the spot they are in right now facing a very good opponent.

RAMS FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams season came to end Friday afternoon at Lyman, the number one seed beat the Rams 42-7.
COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys picked up win number one Friday night beating Hawaii 31-7 this week they will play the “Battle for the Bronze Boot” at Colorado state Thursday night the game will be live on KWYO and 106.9 FM kickoff is at 7:00.
BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos had a late comeback and beat the LA Chargers 31-30 and touchdown and extra point with no time left won it. This week they are on the road at Atlanta Sunday kickoff at11:00 on KWYO and 106.9 FM.
STATE VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS – The Big Horn Lady Rams and the Tongue River Lady Eagles will play in the 2-A state volleyball tournament Thursday.
The 1-A state tournament will be Wednesday the 2-A tournament is Thursday the Lady Eagles play Riverside and the Lady Rams play Greybull both games will start at 10:00 am.
The 3-A state tournament in Friday and the 4-A goes on Saturday.
STATE SWIMMING / DIVING CHAMPIONSHIPS – The Sheridan Lady Bronc swimmers and divers will be at their state meet in Laramie 4-A Prelims start Thursday 10:00 am.
