Sheridan Commission Ok’s License Agreements with KW Capital
Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered a Master License Agreement and a License Agreement with KW Capital, Ltd. for installation of utilities on County Road 80.
County Engineer Ken Muller gave more details on the proposed Master License Agreement.
Muller them discussed the License Agreement for the open trench installation of water, sewer, and gas line at County Road 80 a/k/a West 17th Street for a fee of $720.
The commission voted to approve both License Agreements.
