Sheridan plays at Campbell County on Friday, September 11th at 6pm. It’s a rematch of last year’s 4A State Championship Game.

Tongue River plays at Big Horn on Thursday, September 10th at 7pm.

Buffalo plays at home vs. Cody on Friday, September 10th at 6pm.

Here are the matchups and history for Sheridan, Big Horn, Tongue River, and Buffalo for week 2 2026 vs. their respective opponents.

Tongue River at Big Horn – Thursday 7pm: Tongue River won the first meeting between the 2 teams in 1956 and went 17-0 with 1 tie, before Big Horn finally won their first game in 1970. TR leads the series 34-29 with 1 tie, but BH has won the last 4 and 13 of the last 14. As far as games at Big Horn go, Tongue River leads the series 13-12, but BH has won each of the last 10 times the game was played at Big Horn (last home loss vs. TR was in 1983). This does not include a number of times when the game was played at Sheridan and BH was the home team.
