Big Horn State Football Championship Weekend preview / Wyoming at UNLV Friday Night / Broncos off till Monday

STATE CHAMPIONSHIP FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams and Sheridan Broncs will play for the 2A and 4A state football championships Friday and Saturday as both teams return to Laramie for state championship weekend and today we start our preview of the games with the Rams.

A year ago the Rams took the title with a last second touchdown and two point conversion to beat Lovell and now they are back in a familiar place getting set to play in War Memorial Stadium, Head coach Kirk McLaughlin says it’s about the players, the school and the community that makes the success so satisfying.

And Kirk says every season present challenges and says this group of players have come to play every week.

The Rams play the Torrington Trailblazers Friday at noon we will have it for you live on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM, the First Federal bank and trust pregame show will start at 11:30 kickoff is at noon.

The Broncs have a rematch of last year’s game as they take on Cheyenne East Saturday the First Federal bank and trust pregame at 3:30 with kickoff at 4:00.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys are on the road at UNLV Friday night you can hear the game on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM kickoff is at 8:45

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos next game will be Monday Night football at the Buffalo Bills.
