Regional Basketball Starts / State Wrestling Gets Underway / Bronc and Lady Bronc Hoops at NC Tonight

STATE WRESTLING – The girls all class state wrestling championships started in Casper yesterday after day one the Sheridan Lady Broncs sit in 4th place, the boys state meet starts today.

STATE NORDIC SKIING – The state Nordic ski meet starts in Jackson today for the Broncs and Lady Broncs.

REGIONAL TOURNAMENT HOOPS – 1A and 2A regional basketball tournaments started Thursday the 2A tournament is being played in Sundance.

In the girls bracket Big Horn lost vs Lingle-Fort Laramie 65-35 and the Tongue River Lady Eagles lost vs Burns 62-56, that sets up today match up with the Lady Rams and Lady Eagles facing each other in a loser out game.

In the boys bracket both the Big Horn rams play Niobrara county and Tongue River Eagles were winners.

They will play in the semi finals tonight the Rams play Wright and the Eagles play Pine Bluffs.

The Arvada / Clearmont Lady Panthers opened their regional in Buffalo yesterday beating Rock River 44-33 they play Upton in the semi finals tonight.

BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS – The Sheridan high school basketball teams close out the regular season tonight with road games at Natrona county game times are 6:00 and 7:30 and you can hear them on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks are hosting two games this weekend with the Yellowstone quake game times are 7:30 tonight and tomorrow night.
