Kelten Crow of Sheridan HS To Wrestle At Western Wyoming Community College: A 3-time Wyoming High School State Champion Wrestler from Sheridan High School, is going to wrestle for a team that’s had a lot of recent national championship exposure.
Kelten Crow has signed a written offer of athletic aid to compete at Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs.
He won state titles in his freshman (138 pounds), sophomore (160 pounds) and senior seasons (175 pounds), and finished 4th as a junior (157 pounds).
In his senior season, Crow went undefeated and put together a career record of 169-29.
He says it was that undefeated season that made him choose wrestling over football and soccer and adds the coaching staff at Western Wyo was impressed with the way he bounced back after coming up short in his junior season.
Crow is undecided on a major.
The Western Wyoming wrestling team placed 3rd at this year’s NJCAA National Championship Tournament, and were National Champions in each of the 2 years prior to this year.
