Sheridan HS Football: Due to concerns regarding the air quality, the Sheridan vs. Rock Springs football game has been moved.

The game will kickoff at 6pm at Natrona County High School in Casper.

That field was available because the Oil Bowl is being played on the other side of town at Kelly Walsh.

As for the game itself, yesterday Sheridan Head Coach Jeff Mowry talked about the Tigers’ offense, which is currently the top rushing team in 4A.

Statistically on defense, RS has been in the middle of the pack, and Mowry describes what they do and how the Broncs have to adjust.

Again kickoff from Casper is scheduled for 6pm.

Big Horn and Tongue River HS Football: Big Horn plays at Glenrock starting at 6pm. 

As of last night, Tongue River’s homecoming game in Dayton is still on.

The Eagles take on Wheatland starting at 6pm.


Sheridan County HS Volleyball: Sheridan starts their second run through the 4A East Conference this weekend.

The Lady Broncs are on the road today to take on Cheyenne East, and tomorrow at Cheyenne Central.

Big Horn swept Natrona County in their lone match of the week.

The Lady Rams have this weekend off from competition.

Tongue River is at home today vs. Sundance starting at 3pm and then play tomorrow at Moorcroft.

Arvada-Clearmont is at the Kaycee Invitational.

The Lady Panthers take on Encampment, Lusk and Dubois today.

Tomorrow’s schedule and opponents are dependent on today’s results.


Sheridan County HS Cross Country: TR is scheduled to run today at the Moorcroft Invitational at Pine Haven.

Sheridan and BH have the weekend off from competition.

Next week are the regional meets and Tongue River is scheduled to host the 2A East Meet.


Sheridan HS Girls Swimming and Diving: Sheridan will compete today and tomorrow at Buffalo.

The State Meet is in less than 1 month.


Sheridan Hawks Junior Hockey: The top 2 teams in the NA3HL’s Frontier Division play each other this weekend.

Sheridan will play a visit to defending Frasier Cup Champion Helena.

The puck drops today and tomorrow at 7:05pm.


Sheridan College Rodeo: After a week off from competition, the Central Rocky Mountain Circuit resumes this weekend at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne.

The fall portion of the schedule concludes next weekend and it will be the halfway point of the 2024-25 season.


University Of Wyoming Football: The University of Wyoming Cowboys are back in action after having last week off from competition.

The Pokes host San Diego State starting at 1:30pm.

Denver Broncos Football: The Denver Broncos will try to run their winning streak to 4 in a row as the team hosts the LA Chargers this Sunday.

Kickoff is scheduled for 2:05pm and you can hear that game LIVE on Fox Sports 106.3 FM.


Major League Baseball Playoffs: Cleveland stayed alive with a 5-4 win yesterday at Detroit, to tie up their American League Division Series at 2 wins each.

The deciding game 5 is tomorrow at Cleveland.

The New York Yankees await the winner as they beat Kansas City 3-1 last night, to win their series 3-1.

Game 1 of the American League Championship Series is on Monday at New York.

Today is the deciding Game 5 in the National League Divisional Series between San Diego and the LA Dodgers.

The winner advances to the National League Championship Series and that team will host the New York Mets for Game 1 on Sunday.
