Sheridan County HS Wrestling: Sheridan County High School Wrestlers were back on the mat yesterday, competing for the first time in nearly 2 weeks.
The Sheridan Boys won their dual at Thunder Basin 33-23, winning 8 of the 14 matches.
The Tongue River boys lost in their home dual vs. Buffalo 42-30.

Both teams as well as the girls will be competing today and tomorrow at Moorcroft.

Sheridan HS Basketball: Sheridan starts 4A Northeast Quadrant play tonight at Campbell County.
The girls tip off at 6pm and the boys game will follow.
Tomorrow both Sheridan teams are at home vs. Thunder Basin, starting with the girls at 3:30pm.
For the boys, this will be their home opener.

Big Horn, Tongue River, Arvada-Clearmont HS Basketball: The Big Horn boys and girls teams play tomorrow at home vs. Sundance beginning at 1:30pm.
The Tongue River boys and girls teams play tomorrow at Wright, beginning at 2:30pm.
The Arvada-Clearmont boys and girls teams play today at Upton beginning at 5pm and are at home tomorrow vs. Hulett beginning at 4pm.
Sheridan HS Boys Swimming: Sheridan will compete in a dual today at Natrona.
Sheridan HS Nordic Ski: The Bronc and Lady Bronc Nordic Ski teams are scheduled to compete today and tomorrow at Pinedale.
Indoor Track and Field: The Sheridan, Big Horn and Tongue River Indoor Track and Field teams will compete tomorrow at Gillette.
University of Wyoming Basketball: The University of Wyoming will host a women’s and men’s double header tomorrow.
Up first will be the Cowgirls in the Border War vs. Colorado State at 2pm, and then the Cowboys will play Nevada at 5:30pm.

Colorado Avalanche Hockey: The Colorado Avalanche lost last night at Boston 5-2.
The Bruins scored 44 seconds into the game to take an early lead.
The Avs would cut the deficit to 3-2, but then Boston scored twice in the final 3 minutes to put the game out of reach.
Colorado is back in action tomorrow at Philadelphia.
Sheridan Hawks Hockey: The Sheridan Hawks look to get back on track in the playoff chase as they host Butte today and tomorrow.
With 14 games remaining, the team is in 6th place and the team needs to be in 4th place or better to qualify for the post-season.
The Hawks were in a pretty good spot last week before they dropped both home games vs. Rapid City.
Coach JJ Santagata says Sheridan overdid things last week and it backfired.
The puck drops tonight at the ice rink at 7:30pm.
