Sheridan Bronc and Lady Bronc Basketball Teams Start Quadrant Play: This is the week that the Sheridan High School Boys and Girls Basketball teams have been preparing for.
Northeast Quadrant play starts this Friday and Saturday as the Broncs play at Campbell County on Friday and then host Thunder Basin on Saturday.
For the boys, it’s their home opener after playing their first 10 games on the road.
Head Coach Jeff Martini says the Broncs are looking forward to their home opener especially after what happened the last time the Bolts visited.
Friday’s games at Campbell County are at 6 and 7:30pm.
Saturday’s home games vs. Thunder Basin are at 3:30 and 5pm.

Big Horn, Tongue River and Arvada-Clearmont HS Basketball: Big Horn and Tongue River each play on Saturday.
BH is home vs. Sundance beginning at 1:30pm, while TR is at Wright beginning at 2:30pm.
Arvada-Clearmont starts 1A Northeast Quadrant play this weekend.
On Friday they play at Upton beginning at 5pm and on Saturday the boys and girls are at home vs. Hulett starting at 4pm.
Sheridan County High School Wrestling: Sheridan will start 4A East Conference action on Thursday with a dual at Thunder Basin, then on Friday and Saturday they will be at a tournament in Moorcroft.
Tongue River hosts Buffalo in a dual on Thursday beginning at 5pm.
The Eagles will also compete at Moorcroft on Friday and Saturday.
Sheridan HS Boys Swimming: Sheridan hosts Kelly Walsh for a dual meet on Friday beginning at 4pm.
Sheridan HS Nordic Skiing: Sheridan is back in action this weekend at Pinedale.
Indoor Track and Field: The Sheridan High School Indoor Track and Field teams started their season yesterday in a make-up meet vs. the 2 Gillette schools.

All 3 Sheridan County High School Indoor Track and Field teams will be at Gillette for another meet this coming Saturday.
Jadyn Keller Signs NLI To Play Men’s Volleyball At Clarke Univ.: A Sheridan HS Senior who plays a club level sport, will continue playing at the collegiate level.
Jadyn Keller has signed his National Letter Of Intent to play men’s volleyball at Clarke University, located in Dubuque, Iowa.
He says he started playing in gym classes and when the Blacktooth Volleyball Club decided to put a men’s team together, he decided to join.
Keller says he’ll visit the University during the upcoming spring break, and explains what Coach Elle Kosciuk saw in him and how he got her attention.
Keller says he is considering majoring in business management.
Clarke University is a private Roman Catholic University.
The Pride are an NAIA team that plays in the Heart Of America Athletic Conference.
University Of Wyoming Basketball: The Wyoming Cowboys have the midweek off from competition and will use the week to prepare for their next game on Saturday at home vs. Nevada.
The Wyoming Cowgirls play tomorrow at New Mexico.
Colorado Avalanche Hockey: The Colorado Avalanche lost last night at Montreal 4-3.
The Avs are back in action tonight at Ottawa.
Sheridan Hawks Hockey: The Sheridan Hawks have 14 games remaining on their schedule, with only 5 of those games at home.
They’ll play 2 of those 5 this weekend against Butte.
The puck drops at 7:30pm on both Friday and Saturday.
The Hawks are in 6th place in the Na3HL’s Frontier Division and are 5 points behind in the standings for a playoff spot.
