Sheridan Girls First, Boys Third At 4A East Golf State Qualifying Meet; TR and BH Play At Lusk

Sheridan hosted the 4A East State Qualifier Meet, in which the top 20 boys and girls finishers and the top 4 in the boys and girls team standings, get to play in next weekend’s 4A State Meet at Rock Springs.

Meanwhile, Tongue River and Big Horn were at Lusk, to prepare for next weekend’s 2A State Meet at Wright.

4A East State Qualifier at Sheridan:

Brock Owings and Samantha Spielman finished first for the Sheridan boys and girls.

As a team, the Lady Broncs placed first, while the boys were third.

Spielman is the 2020 4A Girls State Champ, and the 2019 and 2021 4A Girls State Runner-Up.

Lusk Invitational:

Braxton Tremain of TR was 2nd for the boys, while Anna Keller was 5th for the girls.

Both Tongue River teams placed 3rd in the team standings.

Elizabeth Holbrook of Big Horn was 7th for the Big Horn Girls.
