So sad to hear of Shirley’s passing. She was a sweet lady and ONE of kind!! I always enjoyed working with her in the ER. No matter what the situation or how stressful it got, Shirley was always so kind to everyone. God love her. Love to all her “girls” who she so adored even if you made her crazy on occasion!!!

I met Shirley in 1980when I started my nursing career. She was an amazing coworker and mother. She was upbeat and never had an unkind word about anyone. She was an angel on earth. God bless her, her family and friends.

Shirley was everything all these friends have said. Kind, hard-working & not a mean bone in her body. Those of us that were privileged to work with her enjoyed her & felt lucky to know her. She loved her family so much and they sure took care of her when she needed them. Rest In Peace Shirley – you’re with Bill in heaven we know.

I knew Shirley for many many years , I was a best friend to her brother in law Leonard . I’m heart broken to hear that she’s passed . The good part of this is that now she can be back with Bill.I can only say to her kids I’m so sorry . Heaven has a new angel , folks like the Kimmel and Harnish family’s are hard to come by and I was blessed to know them .
