Sheridan, Tongue River, Big Horn and Arvada-Clearmont are all in Casper competing for the outdoor track and field state championships.

A Track and Field athlete automatically gets all-state honors if he/she finishes in the top 2 of the event they are competing in, except for relay events, which is winning team only!

The Sheridan boys finished in 4th place.

The Sheridan Girls finished in 3rd place.

The Big Horn Boys finished in 1st place by 2 1/2 points ahead of Burns.

The Big Horn Girls finished in 6th place

The Tongue River Boys finished in 3rd place.

Aiden O’Leary and Garrett Otto finished 5th and 7th in the 4A Boys 110 meter hurdles.

O’Leary and Cameron Perez finished 2nd and 7th in the 4A Boys 300 meter hurdles.

Patrick Aasby finished 6th in the 4A Boys 400 meter dash.

Chance Morris finished 3rd in the 4A Boys 200 meter dash.

Addie Pendegast finished 1st in the 4A Girls 100 meter dash with a time of 12.03 seconds. (Best of the Best.) She was also 1st in the 4A Girls 400 meter dash with a time of 54.62 seconds (New overall state record by 0.16 seconds…best of the best) first in the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.19 seconds, and was 2nd in the 4A Girls 300 meter hurdles.

Jaylynn Morgan finished 3rd in the 4A Girls discus.

Kayley Alicke finished 7th in the 4A Girls 1600 meter run.

The 4A Girls 4 by 400 meter relay team finished 4th (Olivia Hardesty, Callista Roush, Maggie Turpin, Averi Sullivan)

Caleb Kilbride, Cole Kukuchka and Kaden Hill finished 3rd, 4th and 7th in the 2A Boys 110 meter hurdles.

Gavin Stafford finished 1st in the 2A Boys 100 meter dash with a time of 11.16 seconds, winning by 0.02 seconds. Dylan Greenough-Groom was 4th.

Dylan Greenough-Groom and Owen Petty finished 3rd and 8th in the 2A Boys 200 meter dash.

Caleb Kilbride finished 1st in the 2A Boys Long Jump, with a jump of 21 feet 1/4 inch. He also finished 5th in the 2A Boys High Jump.
