Ron RichterThe Cloud Peak Storage Planned Unit Development Rezone was approved on second reading by the Sheridan City Council at their most recent meeting. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner says the applicant, System Land, LLC is requesting to rezone 4.5 acres from B-1 business district to a PUD on property located at 2351 West 5th Street between Black Tooth Way and Mydland Road, across from the Covey Run Apartments.
The property is listed as lot three of the Cloud Peak Ranch fifteenth filing subdivision. The subject property is vacant, access to the property is from an existing curb cut in the southeast corner of the property.
