‘Housekeeping’ for Tuesday’s Buffalo City Council Meeting

Buffalo’s City Council will take care of some beginning of the year housekeeping during their Tuesday meeting.
City Attorney Ben Kirven is up for re-appointment by the mayor, who has recommended the council approve the appointment.
The council will designate the official newspaper and depositories and will submit their financial disclosure letters before approving the mayor’s recommendations for various board appointments.
A liquor license public hearing is scheduled concerning the local Pizza Hut, and the council will hear a presentation on suicide prevention and healing.
Finally, the city’s department heads will give the council their reports.
The first Buffalo City Council meeting of 2020 will get underway at 5pm Tuesday in Buffalo’s City hall, and the public is welcome to attend.
