Sheridan County Approves Sessions Minor Subdivision

A minor subdivision application from Kevin and Carla Sessions Came before the Sheridan County Commission at their recent meeting.

The 11.11-acre property is currently platted as part of Lot 4 of the Williams Minor Subdivision, zoned (RR) Rural Residential.

The purpose of the application is to create two separate lots, according to County Planner Mark Reid.

The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval 5-0 with two conditions, which were (1) a water rights distribution plan be received from the State Engineer prior to execution of the plat, and (2) an executed road maintenance agreement or similar commitment for the access easement be provided to the Public Works Department.

Joe Crump, with WWC Engineering, spoke about the conditions from the Planning & Zoning Commission.

The application was approved by the county commission.
