Buffalo Council Approves Planning Services Agreement

The Buffalo City Council has approved a Planning Services Agreement between the city and Interstate Engineering of Sheridan for them to assist Buffalo Building Inspector/Planner Terry Asay.

City Attorney Ben Kirven explained to the council what the agreement is and why the city needs it.

The council voted to accept and approve the mayor to sign the agreement.
