County Clerk offers kudos to election staff, workers this year

Sheridan County Clerk Eda Schunk Thompson said she was grateful for the election staff and volunteer workers in what was a different, and on occasion difficult, election year this year.

She extended thanks also to the Secretary of State’s office for providing new election equipment and new software to all 23 of Wyoming’s counties.

She said she especially wanted to thank her election team this year.

Thompson said she wanted to thank every person who helped with this year’s elections, and especially those people at the polling places and at the county courthouse who cleaned equipment and surfaces throughout election day to keep people safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
