Pat BlairAs a result of the recent rise in COVID-19 cases in Sheridan County, Sheridan Memorial Hospital has announced access to the downtown office on South Gould Street will be by appointment only starting Monday.
The offices will be closed to walk-in traffic until further notice. Cheryl Relaford, the hospital’s patient account manager, said hospital personnel understand the closure can be inconvenient, but it’s important to keep customers, employees and the community safe.
She said the hospital has set up alternative options for people to get the services required, as follows:
For billing questions, people are asked to call (307) 672-1010. Appointments are available to meet with patient account representatives. Those who want to pay a bill call call (307) 672-1010, pay online at www.sheridanhospital.org or pay by mail to 1401 W. 5th Street, Sheridan.
Those wanting assistance with Marketplace Insurance Open Enrollment are asked to call (307) 675-4620 to speak with a certified application counselor. Appointments are available.
For help wih the Medication Assistant Program, call (307) 673-2400.
