Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Sept. 28, 1920.

Miss Margaret Cornell, field supervisor of the American Red Cross, Rocky Mountain States Division, has declared the Sheridan District, under supervision of Miss Emma W. Weber, to be the leading field in Wyoming.

All Sheridan county teachers have been advised to reserve rooms at once for attendance of the Wyoming State Teachers’ Association meeting to be held next month at Lusk.

The Mills Printing Company of Sheridan has presented the Wyoming State Historical Department with a leather-bound copy of a book containing the service record of all who served during the war and all war-workers of Sheridan county during the years 1917, 1918 and 1919.
