County Fire Warden: ‘Think Twice This Weekend’

The National Weather Service in Billings has issued a “fire weather watch” from noon Saturday through 12 am Sunday for parts of Montana and Wyoming, including Sheridan County. Temperatures for Sheridan and the surrounding area will be in the 90’s today, and could reach triple digits on Saturday. Sheridan County Fire Warden said that he wants citizens to “think twice” when out and about this holiday weekend.
Temperatures are expected to cool down considerably Monday and Tuesday with highs in the 50’s and lows both nights ranging in the lower 30’s to upper 20’s.
