Johnson County COVID-19 Cases Up One to 17

A new case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Johnson County, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 17.

The Wyoming Department of Health announced over the weekend that there had been another confirmed case.

There have been four probable cases of the virus in the county and 19 have recovered.

One person has died in Johnson County from the virus.

According to information released by Johnson County Public Health, the new case is an asymptomatic male child that is recovering at home.

The source of where the child contracted COVID-19 is unknown, which is indicative of community spread.
