County Employees Recognized, Scholarship Awarded

Three Sheridan County employees were recognized for their years of service to the county during the county commission meeting Tuesday.

Commission Chairman Nick Siddle said all three are employed in the same department.

Michael Gale, an investigator with 20 years of service, was recognized, as was Robert Morgan with 10 years as a detention sergeant, and Jeffrey Hink with 10 years in building and grounds maintenance.

Commissioner Siddle also announced this year’s recipient of the Commissioners’ Renewal Scholarship.

Sydnee Ordahl’s scholarship award was for $1,000.
