Clearmont Spring Shop Hop Draws Good Crowd
The Spring Shop Hop help on May 1 and 2 in Clearmont, drew many area people who came to shop for such diverse items as natural rocks from the Ranger the Rock Trader, books, craft items and baked goods from Amy Rowe, with A&R WYO Inspirations, gifts and clothes from Weeping Willow Traders, and several other vendors.
There were nine vendors participating in this year’s spring shop hop, which is in it’s tenth year in Clearmont.

Grady Betz, student at Arvada-Clearmont School and an active seller at the Shop Hop each year, talked about where he finds the rocks he brings to sell.
He finds most of them on his family’s ranch southeast of Clearmont.

Bailey Underwood has been attending the Shop Hop for several years, offering flower bouquet classes for anyone interested.

Oliva Haring held a workshop for youngsters, and six kids participated, painting Terra cotta pots and then planting flower seeds in them for a Mother’s Day gift.

Lunch was served by the Mill Iron Market, coming soon to the Clearmont area, and featured homemade sandwiches, sides and desserts.
