Johnson County Adopts Preliminary Septic Regulations

The Johnson County Commission has adopted preliminary septic regulation revisions, setting a comment period for the public.

Commission Chair Bill Novotny talked with the commission about the revisions to the regulations.

Novotny further explained that he was in favor of moving to adopt the revisions and have County Planner Jim Waller to begin the 45-day public comment period.

The commission voted to do so.
