Catering Permits Signal Johnson County ‘Letting Hair Down’

Johnson County’s Commissioners have approved a number of catering permits for various events in the county, which seems to show that residents are at least making an effort to step back towards normal to have weddings, rodeos, and other events this summer.

Approved were catering permit requests from the Lake Stop for the Ready/Fruit Wedding June 20^th; the Turner Wedding on June 27^th; the Saxbury Wedding on August 8^th; and the Schumacher/Boley Wedding August 22^nd, all of which will be happening at the Lake View Lodge at Lake DeSmet.

A malt beverage permit request from the American Legion Post #13 in Buffalo was also approved during the Johnson County Fair and Rodeo on August 1^st and 2^nd.
