Buffalo Council OK’s Rezone, Minor Subdivision-Preliminary

Buffalo’s City Council considered a request for a rezone from an R-1 to an R-2, and designation of a minor subdivision on a property on Western Avenue.

City Works Director Kevin Silbernagel gave more details about the request.

According to the city’s website, Residential R-1 Zoning designates a single-family dwelling and R-2 Zoning designates medium-density residential.

The council voted to allow the rezone and establish the minor subdivision with two lots on the property.
