Jo Co Commission Gets Update from 4-H Educator
Johnson County’s Commissioners heard the annual year-end report from the University of Wyoming Extension Office in Buffalo.
Bryce McKenzie, 4-H/Youth Development Extension Educator, gave highlights of the 4-H accomplishments from 2025.
McKenzie said 4-H members participated in community service projects, touched on kids that went to the State Fair, and other programs they will be partnering with local schools on in the near future.
They participated in NILE, the Northern International Livestock Exposition, where Jace Foss ended up 18th individually out of 705 kids, and the team finished sixth of 23 teams.
McKenzie ended by saying, “the kids and leaders in Johnson County are doing some really, really cool things and we’re excited to see what happens for 2026.”
