City Council to Consider Final Plat of Subdivision on East 5th Street

A resolution for the final plat of Elmwood Estates in Sheridan is an item that will come before the Sheridan City Council at their business meeting Monday night. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger says that the applicant is proposing to subdivide 31.85 acres of unplatted land on East 5th Street  into four mixed-use lots.

There will be a public hearing on the renewal of the liquor licenses for the 2026 liquor license term. Following the public hearing, the City Council will consider renewal of those liquor licenses. The City Council will meet Monday, December 1 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
