The University of Wyoming is alerting startup professionals of an opportunity to learn how to take better control of various aspects of their businesses.
IMPACT 307, UW’s business incubator, will host a Startup Lunch and Learn webinar titled “Get a Grip on Your Business!” from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10. In-person and webinar attendance options are available. Lunch will be provided for a maximum of 40 in-person guests.

According to UW, Justin Boling, entrepreneurial operating system (EOS) implementer at EOS Worldwide, will lead the one-hour presentation. During the session, Boling will discuss the six key components of the EOS; provide a breakdown of how the EOS helps leaders gain clarity, accountability and alignment; discuss real-world examples of companies overcoming challenges, such as lack of control, people issues, inconsistent profit and stalled growth; and share practical tools businesses can start using immediately to strengthen how they run their companies.
