Helen Jones to Give Historical Society Presentation Monday

Coming up on Monday, December 1, the Johnson County Historical Society (JCHS) will present, for a second time, Helen Jones who will be talking about “The History of Asha Alma Tech: Where Two Rivers Meet” at the Johnson County Library.

Nancy Tabb, President of the JCHS, explains what Asha Alma Tech means.

Jones grew up intermittently on the Powder River, and will share her personal stories about Powder River heritage and the Asha Alma Tech where Crazy Woman Creek meets Powder River.

The presentation will be Monday, December 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the library in Buffalo.

It is free and open to the public.
