Stop Sign Request Receives City Council Approval

A resolution authorizing the installation of a stop sign at the intersection of Scott and Hillcrest Drive was recently approved by the Sheridan City Council. City Engineer Thomas Morneau recommended that the governing body approve the resolution to install the stop sign due to an increase in traffic in the area.

Morneau said the decision to approach the City Council about a stop sign at the intersection of Scott Drive and Hillcrest Drive came after the Engineer’s Office received a request from a resident about the possibility of installing a stop sign at the intersection.
