Food Group Announces New Executive Director

The Food Group in Sheridan announced Friday that Oaklee Gilliland is the new Executive Director of the organization. Gilliland said that she’s excited for the opportunity.

Gilliland will officially begin her duties on June 2. A media release from The Food Group states that Gilliland is a nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in fundraising, program development, and community engagement. Most recently, Oaklee served as the Executive Director of the Wyoming FFA Foundation, where she championed agriculture leadership and educational opportunities for thousands of young people across the state. 

Gilliland takes over the position previously held by Keri McMeans, who announced in February of this year that she would be stepping down to assume the position of Executive Director of The Hub on Smith.
