Welcoming the New Councilors

The Sheridan City Council held their first regular business meeting of the year Monday night. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

New Councilors Jack Wood and Bev Leichtnam along with Mayor Rich Bridger and Councilman Steve Brantz were sworn-in at Monday night’s meeting. Councilman Wood had this to say shortly after taking his seat on the Council.

Councilor Leichtnam talked about why she made the decision to run for City Council.

Mayor Bridger presented outgoing Councilor Aaron Linden with a key to the City and a card and said he appreciated all of the work and time Councilman Linden put in while a member of the City Council.
