Sheridan Commission Accepts Contract for CSBG Program

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved and accepted a contract between the county and the Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division, for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program.

Sheridan County Community Prevention Manager/Community Services Block Grant Program Coordinator Ann Perkins spoke to the commission during their meeting this week about the program.

Perkins explained that the funding comes from the state to Sheridan County, who extracts administration costs and then passes it through to the sub-recipients.
