Aaron PalmerJohnson County’s Primary Election concluded late Tuesday night with most races determined after the vote.
Some races with write-in votes will need to be tabulated to determine a winner.
With all 16 Johnson County precincts reporting, the Republican winners in each of the major races are:
For US Senator, John Barrasso took Johnson County.
For US Representative, Harriet Hageman took the county.
For State Senator, District 22, Barry Crago won Johnson County.
For State Representative in House District 40, Marilyn Connolly took the county.
For Johnson County Commissioner, Steve Kozisek won the race.
Jackie Camino took the race for County Clerk.
And in the non-partisan race for Buffalo City Council, Richard “Scott” Madsen and Jeffrey Cope won the two sets on the council.
