Jo Co Commission Approves Use of Special Prosecutor

The Johnson County Commission has approved a request by County Attorney Tucker Ruby to appoint a Campbell County attorney as a special prosecutor for Johnson County.

Ruby explained the request further.

Ruby said he could not share any information publicly concerning the case, other than he prefers another prosecutor to handle it to avoid a possible conflict.

The commission approved Campbell County Attorney Nathan Henkes to act as a special prosecutor for Johnson County in the case.
