Buffalo Council OK’s Golf Club Lease Agreement

During their regular meeting Tuesday, Buffalo’s City Council approved the annual liquor license lease agreement with Buffalo Golf Club, Inc.

The agreement is for the lease on the city-owned liquor license to sell alcoholic beverages at the clubhouse and on the grounds.

Buffalo Mayor Shane Schrader explained during the meeting that the agreement is identical to the one approved in recent years, except for changes to the dates.

The annual fee for the lease is $1,000 according to City Clerk/Treasurer Julie Silbernagel.

The lease will be in effect from January through December of 2024.
