Aaron PalmerIn his report to the Buffalo City Council, Building Inspector Terry Asay discussed Ordinances, including one that doesn’t allow businesses in residential areas, and also discussed the Shiloh Subdivision.
Asay said he had looked into reports of businesses being run in residential areas, and had investigated them.
He found one lawn care company operating out of a home, and investigated two others that he felt were not out of compliance.
He explained his position further.
Asay said building in the city was going strong just before the recent snowy weather, with six new homes being built in the Shiloh Subdivision near Bomgaar’s on the west end of town, which will fill out that subdivision once they are complete.
