Amya Whelan – Wind River Indian Reservation Hoop Dancer
During the dedication of the All-American Indian Days Memorial, Amya Whelan of the Wind River Indian Reservation performed a hoop dance as part of the ceremonies.
Permission was obtained to record and show the dance.
