Buffalo Small Business Expo This Weekend

The 2023 Buffalo Chamber of Commerce Small Business Expo will be happening this Friday and Saturday at the Bomber Mountain Civic Center.

Jennifer Romanoski, Chamber Board President, talks about the expo and what it wants to accomplish.

Romanoski said the expo is typically offered in February or March, but it was decided to move to May to tie in with National Small Business Month, and to have better weather.

The chamber has added a new item to the expo specifically to help small businesses.

Speakers at the luncheon will include Brian Whitlock with Farmers Insurance who will discuss what insurance small businesses need; Tammy Henshaw from the US Small Business Administration discussing profit and loss, creating a budget, expectations of growth and profit in the first 36 months.

The keynote speaker will be Becky Cooper, Executive VP of Kennon Products

The Small Business Expo will begin Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. and continue Saturday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
