Wyoming Inmate Sentenced In Sheridan County Labeled As Escapee

News ReleaseWyoming Law Enforcement is looking for an inmate after he failed to return to the Casper Re-entry Center.
Fifty-four year old Joshua Kaplan is described as a 5 feet 9 inches tall Caucasian, weighing about 224 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, and has tattoos on both arms and his back.
He has the following tattoos: diamond with stripes on upper left arm; book of life, hands, wine cup upper right arm; cyborg woman on back.
He was sentenced in Sheridan County District Court in January 2020, to a 4-to-6 year prison sentence for committing larceny.
Anyone with any information on Kaplan where-abouts is asked to call the local law enforcement agency.
