No changes were made to the budget for the City of Buffalo between the first and second readings, and this week the city council passed the second reading of their budget for 2021-22.

Ordinance No. 1408 provides the annual appropriations bill at $13.1 million for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2022.

The budget for 2021-22 is slightly higher than the budget from the current fiscal year, which was set at just under $13 million.

The budget for the coming fiscal year will need one more reading before it is adopted, which is expected to be at their next meeting June 15th.
