Stars of Tomorrow coming to the WYO Theater

Stars of Tomorrow is a show that will feature the talents of Sheridan County’s youth and awards scholarships to the top winners in the High school Division. 

Started in 1946 by Kiwanian Edwin Hunter, the you talent show is open to boys and girls in three categories, the Elementary school division, the Junior High division and the High school division. 

The show will be at the WYO Theater in Sheridan. While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Kiwanian Denny Hill told listeners the show is a lifelong memory for the participants.

Winners will be chosen from those categories and awarded first, second, and third place. Although the Kiwanis Club of Sheridan sees every performer as a winner, those who place will receive a trophy and a certificate. 

Judges will choose an overall winner of the show who, in addition to the trophy and certificate, receives a scholarship toward attending the college of their choice. That performer will also be afforded an opportunity to compete at the District level.

The Stars of Tomorrow will be held at the WYO Theater on March 26, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and students. Purchase tickets by clicking here.
