Council to Consider Hub Request and Emergency Ordinance

Ron RichterThe Sheridan City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting Monday night, will be hearing from Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce CEO Dixie Johnson and Downtown Sheridan Association Executive Director Zoila Perry on the business impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sheridan Mayor Roger Miller.
The emergency ordinance that was recently approved in a special meeting of the Council allowing for the delivery of alcohol in Sheridan by liquor license holders will once again be considered.
The Council will also be considering a $25,000 funding request from the Hub on Smith to assist with their home delivered meals program. Monday night’s Council meeting will be held via conference call. Any public comments can be submitted to the City Clerk at cgood@sheridanwy.net.
