SHS Tennis Splits With Jackson / Broncos at Seattle Saturday / Rockies Host D-Backs

BRONC / LADY BRONC TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams split their season opening matches Thursday with Jackson the Lady Broncs took their dual 3-2 while the Broncs lost 3-2.

Their scheduled matches today with the Casper schools have been moved to Monday because of possible poor weather conditions.

Matches will be played Monday at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers open the season a week from today in Laramie.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team opens the season at a tournament in Riverton next Friday.

X-COUNTRY – The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams run in Casper next Friday.

BRONC FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Bronc football team plays their season opener at Laramie next Friday the game will kickoff at 6:00 and you can hear it live on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

Broncs Head coach Jeff Mowry says they are rebuilding an offensive line that lost some very good members to graduation and O-line coach Kevin Riser is one of the best at getting the new guys up to speed.

And Mowry says expectations are high as they get ready for the opener in Laramie.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos play their next exhibition game at Seattle tomorrow night kickoff is set for 8:00 pm.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboy open their season at home September 4th against Montana state.
