BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS – The Sheridan high school teams dropped both games at Campbell county Friday night, Saturday the Lady Broncs fell against Thunder Basin while the Broncs bounced back after losing Friday and knocked off thunder 58-52.
After Saturday’s loss Lady Broncs Head coach Ryan Sullivan says they ran into two teams playing very well but he loved the effort the girls showed all weekend.
The Broncs and Thunder went right down to the final minute with the Broncs holding them off with some big defensive stops and late free throws here’s Head coach Jeff Martini.
This week they close out the regular season with games at Casper Kelly Walsh Friday night.
BH HOOPS – The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams swept victories against Wright Friday and split Saturday at Greybull the Lady Rams pulled out the victory in 3OT.
TR HOOPS – The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles split at Moorcroft with the Eagles coming out on top.
1-A and 2-A basketball regional tournament play begins Thursday.
BRONC SWIMMING AND DIVING – The Sheridan Bronc swimmers and divers finished 5th at the state championships in Laramie.
BRONC WRESTLING – The Bronc wrestlers took their team regional title now it’s onto the state tournament, the 4-A Wyoming state championships will be a one day event in Casper Satruday.
STATE INDOOR TRACK – Bronc and Lady Bronc indoor track state qualifiers will be in Gillette to compete in the one day state meet Saturday.
JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks swept Missoula, Montana by scores of 6-4 and 4-2 to run their winning streak to 28 straight this week they go on the road for two in Bozeman, Montana.
