State X-Country Changed to Friday / Cowboy Football at Nevada Saturday night

CROSS COUNTRY – The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams will run Friday at their state championships in Casper the Broncs are the defending state champs. The Wyoming High School Activities Association Changed dates from Saturday to Friday because of weather concerns.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers compete in their conference meet in Gillette this week, the state championships are two weeks out and will be held in Laramie.

BRONC FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Broncs the regular season hosting Thunder Basin Friday the First Federal bank and trust pregame show starts at 5:30 with kickoff at 6:00 on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

RAMS / EAGLES FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams and Tongue River Eagles close out the regular season as well the Rams play at Upton / Sundance Friday while the Eagles host Glenrock.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboy football season opener will have the Pokes playing at Nevada Saturday night you can hear the game live on KWYO and 106.9 FM Cowboy pregame at 4:00 with will kickoff at 5:00.

Head coach Craig Bohl says they will be facing a very good Nevada team Saturday.

And it will be Sean Chambers starting at Quarterback for the Pokes against the Wolfpack.

Former Sheridan Bronc and Cowboy Red Shirt Parker Christensen looks to see the field Saturday as he is listed number for the Fullback spot one on the Cowboys two deep roster that was sent out this week.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos host Kansas City Sunday afternoon the game will kickoff at 2:25 on KWYO and 106.9 FM.
